Prema Vahini - Resources

Image
Jai Sai Ram! We are pleased to have the opportunity to study the Prema Vahini:  It is significant that the very first series of articles that Baba wrote for the Sanathana Sarathi was Prema Va hini (Stream of Divine Love). These discourses are collected in this book as they were first presented, in English translation. Truth (sathya), dharma, peace (santhi), and love are the four pillars of the new world of the Sai era, and under Baba’s guidance, humanity has to discover peace through love. Here are some details on the available resources to study and reflect upon this important Vahini given to us as one of Swami's numerous gifts. There are plenty more resources, videos, etc. not mentioned below but easily attainable via books, scholarly articles, and the internet. Use discretion in selecting resources and make sure they are from reliable sources:  Prema Vahini  - Sathya Sai Books & Publications Trust. Our Study Circles will follow this book edition's curriculum and...

Gita Vahini - Chapter 14 - How to Practice Our Learnings Right Now. Here. Today.

Image
Think of one small way you can put our learnings in practice in your life TODAY. Take 2 mins. Internalize. Disclaimer - We will not share thoughts on this exercise. So, make it intentional, deep, and meaningful for yourself! Then: Just Do It! Life-like scenarios to discuss and ponder so that we may practice our learnings today. 1. Ravi, a nonprofit manager, struggles with emotional exhaustion from caring deeply about the outcomes of his projects. He seeks a more spiritually balanced approach. Which response best reflects Krishna and Baba’s teaching? Develop detachment by emotionally withdrawing from his role to preserve inner peace Reflect on impermanence so failures no longer disturb him Offer every action as service to the Divine, without clinging to success or failure Focus on outcomes only when they align with ethical goals Why: This reflects Nishkama Karma — performing action with full sincerity but releasing all ownership of results. 2. Meena feels anger toward ot...
